When Will My Package Ship?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are placed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in business days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. We partner with a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please understand that expedited or same-day shipping may not be guaranteed during high-demand periods or if your order is under review.
My Order is Still Saying Pre-Shipment, What Does That Mean?
"Pre-shipment" means that your order has been processed, and a shipping label has been created, but the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Once the carrier picks up your package, tracking information will be updated, which may take 24 to 48 hours. Once the package is in transit, your tracking details will show an estimated delivery date.
My Address is Wrong on My Confirmation. How Can I Fix This?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@krazykurvesofficial.com. For security and fraud prevention, we cannot completely change the shipping address, but we can correct minor errors such as the zip code, apartment number, or house number.

Return & Refund Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction, and while we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is confirmed, we are committed to resolving any errors. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at support@krazykurvesofficial.com, and we will correct the issue by sending the right product at no additional charge. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at support@krazykurvesofficial.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable solution.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you by email. Depending on the product's condition, we will offer the following options:

- Reshipment: We can resend the order if the products remain in good condition, with additional shipping fees applied.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages in Transit
Once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer liable for its transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or other shipping providers).
